Bring the grandparents, bring the neighbors, even bring people you don’t even know that want to watch some good old fashioned football. (these games will be better than watching Miami or FSU) bring a chair and an umbrella (never know when it will rain) and have a good time.

We will have the best burgers, dogs and wings in town!!! Come hungry we will feed you at a fraction of the cost of some chain restaurant and it will benefit the kids.

Don’t forget the games start at 9:00 am sharp, So come get a good parking spot and a good seat for the games.

Flag Action: the Saints flag team looking to rebound from last week, found the Dawgs flag team ready.  Both teams played a very spirated game but the Dawgs experience just out lasted the Saints flag team by a score of 40-6. that’s ok guys we will get them next week.

Pee Wee action: The Saints Pee Wee’s stepped on the field and the action started heating up. It was a very physical hard hitting game. When the dust settled it was the Dawgs taking the win 34-6 over the Saints.

Junior Action: Vowing to avenge the opening day loss, the Saints juniors came out with a vengence. And guess who paid the tab? The Dawgs from Zhills. The Saints juniors had it their way all day and put the Dawgs junior team to sleep, with great play on the field. Saints 18 Dawgs 0.

Senior action: Well everyone waited to see the Saints seniors square off against the Dawgs. It was very hot with no rain in sight. In the first half both teams played very hard and the score was tied 0-0. The second half provided all the fireworks that football has to offer. As business picked up in the 3rd quarter. The Dawgs drew first blood as they took the lead early in the first quarter as they punched it in from the one yard line. The extra point was good Dawgs 7 Saints 0.

Early in the fourth quarter the Saints drove the ball down and punched it in the end zone and missed the extra point. Dawgs 7 Saints 6. The Dawgs with less than two minutes to play had a fourth and one and failed to get the first down. Saints ball with less than a minute and a half to play. That was all it took as the Saints offensive line started to dominate the Dawg defensive line.  A 35 yard TD pass and extra point  put the Saints up 13 – 6. Saints kick off and the Dawgs just could not move the ball and time ran out on the Dawgs. Final score Saints 13 Dawgs 6. A very hard fought win for the Seniors.

All of the Saints teams did a great job Saturday. Also the fan support for all teams was fantastic!! The fans set in the heat all day long and cheered for their favorite team. It  was a great day in Saint Nation.

The Saints are coming off a disappointing opener last vs Mulberry. The Saints just couldn’t get anything going against the panthers. But all of the coaches said this week was going to be different as they seen what needed to be changed and will make the changes.

So grab the kids, wife and grannie and grandpa and get out to the Without Walls Football field Saturday to see the Saints get back on track against the Dogs!!

The last two seasons the Saints Seniors have knocked the Panthers out of a playoff spot so this should be an interesting game this Saturday.

So grab the wife, kids and grandma and head out to the Without Walls football field for some exciting Mid Florida Football. It is expected to be hot so dress accordingly.

We will have water, cokes, and food so come support your Saints.

NO COOLERS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE STADIUM GROUNDS.           TEAMS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED ONE COOLER IN THE STADIUM.

IF YOU ARE NOT LISTED AS A TEAM WATER PERSON YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED A COOLER INTO THE STADIUM.

PARK IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY. DO NOT PARK AT THE CHURCH YOU WILL BE TOWED.

League age is the age you are on August 1 2010

1 Flag:               6 yr old & under (no weight limit)

2 Mitey Mite:   8 yr old & under (no weight limit) 

3 Pee Wee:        10 yr old & under (no weight limit) 

4 Juniors:        12 yr old & under (no weight limit)

 5 Seniors:         14 yr old & under (no weight limit)

Seniors Must be no older than 14 on August 1, 2010

They can turn 15 after August 1, 2010 and still be eligible.

Practice starts July 12, 2010 get ready the Saints are Marching in!!!!!

Lets see if our Pee-Wee and Mighty Mites can go undefeated 3 years in a row!

Lets see if the Juniors and Senior teams allow anyone to score on them this year!!
